The fourth-generation Chevrolet Biscayne was launched in 1971 and was a sister car to the Chevrolet Bel Air, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Kingswood and Chevrolet Townsman. It was available as a four-door sedan or five-door station wagon and was powered by a 4.2-liter inline six-cylinder motor, or 5.7-liter, 6.6-liter or 7.4-liter V8 motors. It was available with a three-speed manual gearbox or three-speed automatic. However, the Chevrolet Biscayne was phased out in 1972. At Haynes, we have an extensive range of Chevrolet repair manuals and online maintenance procedures available for professional mechanics and DIY car enthusiasts. Our Chevrolet Biscayne repair manual is here to help you through every stage of servicing or fixing your car.
