From 2004, the Chevy Colorado is the first generation pick-up truck designed by GM and is the same as GM’s Canyon. Two and four-wheel drive variations of the truck are available in standard, extended and four-door crewcab models. The front mounted engine transmits power to the rear wheels, with engine capacity ranging from 2.5 liter to 5.3 liter. Transmissions are available in 5 speed manual and 4 speed automatic. Standard maintenance recommendations include checking engine oil, coolant levels, windshield wash, brake fluid and tire pressure. Full details of servicing and breakdown are provided in the Chevrolet Colorado repair manual from Haynes in the available formats below.
