The sixth-generation Nissan Sentra was a mid-sized sedan that was unveiled in 2006. It was bigger than its predecessor in every way, and had a 140hp 2.0-liter gasoline engine under the hood linked to either a six-speed manual transmission or a CVT. There was also a higher-performance SE-R version that had a 175hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine up front. The CVT was the only transmission available in this model. The car was facelifted in 2010, but changes were minor, comprising new headlights a new grille and new lower dashboard. Haynes has an extensive range of Nissan repair manuals and online maintenance procedures to suit professional mechanics and DIY car enthusiasts. Our Nissan Sentra repair manual will be able to help whether you're servicing or repairing your car.
