The Audi A4 (B7) model was launched in September 2004, and is a further development of the existing A4 model. Available as a 4-door Saloon or 5-door Estate (Avant), with a choice of 1.8 litre turbocharged or 2.0 litre non-turbo petrol 20 valve petrol engines, a new 2.0 litre 16 valve direct injection non-turbo FSI or turbo TFSI petrol engines, or turbocharged 1.9 and 2.0 litre direct injection diesel engines. The FSI/TFSI petrol engines offer a high level of performance with industry leading standards of fuel consumption and emissions. The body shape has been developed to further reduce consumption and emissions by having a Coefficient of Drag (CD) of 0.28, made possible by the fitment of underbody panels to smooth the flow of air under the vehicle. All models are equipped with light-weight aluminium independent front and rear suspension.
The Haynes Audi A4 manual will show you how to service and repair your Audi vehicle with complete confidence.
