About

The Chevrolet Sprint was a small three-door hatchback that went on sale in the western United States in 1985. However, the car went on sale across the country in 1986, at which point a five-door version was also introduced. In reality, the Chevrolet Sprint was simply a rebadged Suzuki Cultus. It was powered by a 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine that drove the front wheels. At Haynes, we have an extensive range of Chevrolet repair manuals and online maintenance procedures available for professional mechanics and DIY car enthusiasts. Our Chevrolet Sprint repair manual makes the ideal companion when you’re undertaking maintenance or repairs on your car.
