The original Acura MDX series was released in the early part of the 21st century. The MDX is Honda’s four-wheel drive in the luxury SUV market, providing plenty of space for large groups with up to seven seats over three rows. For maintenance purposes the engine in all Acura models of the MDX is the 3.5l SOHC V6. Other features of the MDX include vehicle navigation and DVD systems. Subsequent upgrades through 2004 included dual tailpipes as well as minor adjustments to head and tail lights. Minimal adjustments through 2006 included minor changes to interiors and dash.
