BMW F650 CS (2002 - 2005)

The BMW F650 CS series was built for commuter travelling in urban environments. In fact, the CS stands for city/street. The 2002-2005 series was the third generation of the motorcycle, and was built using the single spark version of the Rotax Engine with BMS-C fuel injection. Common maintenance requirements of the BMW F650 CS – all of which are outlined in the Haynes repair manual – should comprise of regular engine and oil filter changes, light servicing, spark plugs and air filters. The CS differs from other versions of the F650 series as its final drive is delivered by belt and pulleys rather than chain and sprockets.
