About

The second generation of the Buick Skyhawk was originally available as a two-door and four-door hatchback, from 1983 onward, Buick made the Skyhawk available as a two-door coupe, three-door hatchback, four-door sedan and four-door station wagon. Gasoline engines were available as 1.8 liter or 2.0 liter units, with three-speed automatic or four and five-speed manual transmissions. The Hatchback was discontinued from 1988, and only sports versions remained. The Skyhawk 1982 – 1989 repair manual provides a full list of maintenance and servicing schedules, and is based on the complete teardown and rebuild of every vehicle.
