Daelim is a Korean motorcycle manufacturer that produces more than 300,000 units per year, with its bikes enjoying considerable popularity in countries like Australia, the United Kingdom, Italy and Germany. Since production started in 1962, the company has grown to be the largest motorcycle company in Korea and one of the largest in the world. Originally known as Kia Industrial Co., the company changed its name to Daelim Motor Co. in 1982.
