About
The 300ZX was the successor to the 280ZX when it was launched in 1984. There were two engines available – both were 3.0-liter V6 motors, but one was fitted with a turbocharger to boost its power output. The naturally aspirated engine produced 160hp, and the turbo version generated 200hp. Underneath, it was based on the same chassis as its predecessor, albeit with a few suspension tweaks to enhance its ride and handling. Changes throughout the car’s life were minor. Haynes has an extensive range of Nissan repair manuals and online maintenance procedures to suit professional mechanics and DIY car enthusiasts. Our Nissan 300ZX repair manual will be able to help you service or repair your car with care.
