Are delivery times affected?
With changes in place to our operations, it is possible that estimated delivery times may be longer than usual at the moment. We will keep this page updated with a status update on delivery times.
Orders 7th April onwards: Delivery of the printed books we have available are being fulfilled via alternative arrangements who are stocking a limited number of Haynes print manuals. With their warehouse remaining in operation, they’re adhering to strict precautionary measures and following Government guidance.

Is it possible to return items? Currently, our resources are prioritised to complete the delivery of new orders, and there will be a delay in processing your returns. If you need urgent assistance on a return, or dispatch of a replacement title please contact email@example.com and we shall do our utmost to help.

Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?
The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
