Haynes Group Ltd (“Haynes”) Trade Customers Returns Policy (UK & Ireland) All returns requests must be submitted to Haynes for prior approval Only authorised returns with a valid Haynes Authorised Returns Number (ARN) will be accepted Returns without an agreed ARN will be refused and the sender may be liable for collection from our distributor together with any associated costs Delivery & packing charges will not be credited No authorisation will be granted for returns: During the first three months from purchase Once twelve months has elapsed from when the titles were last supplied For any titles not directly invoiced by or on behalf of Haynes For more copies than have previously been supplied Supplied on firm sale Where the titles have been Out of Print (OP) for 3 months or greater Which are damaged or in an unsaleable condition Which were supplied as gratis copies Of Automotive Manuals Of Export Sales Haynes reserves the right to refuse, accept and give full or partial credits on all return’s requests.
