The Mercury Villager was a minivan that was launched in 1993 at the same time as its sister car, the Nissan Quest. Under the hood lay a 151hp 3.0-liter V6 engine, which drove the front wheels though a four-speed automatic gearbox. Inside the cabin it had an innovative seating system that allowed a multitude of configurations, including removing seats altogether. The Mercury Villager was given a major redesign in 1999, and was fitted with a 3.3-liter V6 engine. It also had a flipdown screen that was connected to a VCR. Haynes has an extensive range of Mercury repair manuals and online maintenance procedures to suit professional mechanics and DIY car enthusiasts. Our Mercury Village repair manual will be able to help you service or repair your car with care.
