The second-generation Dodge Neon was launched in 2000 and was available as a four-door sedan only. It had a 132hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine under the hood, driving the front wheels through a manual or automatic transmission. However, a 150hp version of the 2,0-liter engine was also available in a high-performance R/T version. The second-generation Neon stayed largely the same throughout its life, save for a facelift in 2003 that tweaked its lights and grille. Haynes has an extensive range of Dodge repair manuals and online maintenance procedures to suit professional mechanics and DIY car enthusiasts. Our Dodge Neon repair manual will be able to help whether you're servicing or repairing your car.
