Dream Rides – Ducati 998R On The Road

Like bikes? You'll love this playlist from Bike World, which picks out some beauties at The Bike Specialist.

There are 14 videos in this series and the 998R is the first. The guys sit down to discuss what makes it so special before taking it out on the Peak District roads for an extended test ride.

Are EVs a fad? And what’s a better option?

You're probably aware that petrol and diesel models will disappear from new car showrooms from 2030 and new hybrids will be gone in 2035. You'll still be able to buy used vehicles with petrol or diesel engines after these dates – and we anticipate that you'll still be able to refuel them at filling stations for at least another couple of decades. But if UK government policy is unchanged, new internal combustion-engined cars won't be a thing in the next decade.

So should all of us be thinking about going electric? Andy at Big Car has owned a Tesla Model 3 for a while but he's not convinced that EVs are going to be the answer for everyone in every country in the coming years. So what's the answer? Watch his video to hear his thoughts.

How to Buy a Car To Flip for a Profit

If you already own a Haynes Manual or AutoFix, you probably know your way around a car. Maybe your own or a friend's or relative's.

The next logical step is to learn how to flip a car – in other words, buy a used car, fix it up, and sell it for a profit. ChrisFix's video has tips and tricks on how to successfully flip a car, including how to find a possible candidate vehicle, check it for problems, and then how to fix it up before you sell it on for a profit, with any luck.
